My name is RJ BAUTISTA, and here in my training eBook I will show and give you all my knowledge and experience on how to achieve the lean muscular body NATURALLY that you always work for. I have been in the fitness industry for more than 9 years. I used to be a huge lad before I realized that I needed to change my lifestyle and my body physique. I started from scratch and I didn’t have any knowledge in the industry. I used my own body to experiment and change it for good. I did thousands of research and learned so much just to get the body that I always wanted.

fact, from being fat I learned and gained so much knowledge on how to eat proper food and how to mix it with proper training, which I progressed a lot from the past and still progressing and learning each day of my life. So, in this eBook, I will provide my personal training routine in the gym that I made and tested for years. You will be training your full upper body muscle part twice a week and your full lower body muscle part twice a week too. In total, you will be training four times a week and that is enough for your body to gain quality muscle and recover your body at the same time. I have also used this training routine at my last competition show in men’s physique category and I placed 7th out of 30 men. That was also my first time competing and here is one of my photo stage shoots from my competition show.

    This training plan is the best especially for people who have jobs, works 5 days a week and splits can be easily integrated with your weekly sched.

    It is very flexible with nutrition as well, not restrictive, and easily achievable.

    Overall, this training plan has been enjoyable and fun making it very sustainable in the long run.

    Highly recommendend!
