My name is RJ BAUTISTA, and here in my training eBook I will show and give you all my knowledge and experience on how to achieve the lean muscular body NATURALLY that you always work for. I have been in the fitness industry for more than 6 years. I used to be a huge lad before I realised that I needed to change my lifestyle and my body physique. I started from scratch and I didn’t have any knowledge in the industry. I used my own body to experiment and change it for good. I did thousands of research and learned so much just to get the body that I always wanted.

fact, from being fat I learned and gained so much knowledge on how to eat proper food and how to mix it with proper training, which I progressed a lot from the past and still progressing and learning each day of my life. So, in this eBook I will provide my personal training routine in the gym that I made and tested for years. You will be training your full upper body muscle part twice a week and your full lower body muscle part twice a week too. In total you will be training four times a week and that is enough for your body to gain quality muscle and recover your body at the same time. I have also used this training routine at my last competition show in men’s physique category and I placed 7th out of 30 men. That was also my first time competing and here is one of my photo stage shoot from my competition show.
